After graduating in technical translation from English and German into French at Paris 7 - Denis Diderot University, I started working in the video game localization industry in the early 2000s. Since then, I have had the great privilege of collaborating directly with major game publishers, developers and language service providers worldwide.
I completed my initial training with two professional courses in subtitling and time spotting in 2015 and 2016, as well as an extensive course in dubbing writing on rythmo band in 2023. I also started learning Japanese in 2015 at Inalco.
As a freelancer since 2004, I have been involved in the translation of prestigious series, such as Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, LEGO, Animal Crossing, Tales of, Yu-Gi-Oh! and many others.
My expertise ranges from J-RPGs to racing games, including MMOs, strategy games, wrestling and more, across all gaming platforms.
I specialize in audio scripts translation and adaptation, for subtitling or dubbing.
Since 2024, I have been a member of the committee for the best video game translation award, presented by ATAA, the French audiovisual translation association, which promotes fair and ethical working conditions.
Video game localization was a natural choice for me as a gamer since childhood, with a passion for J-RPGs and a love for languages.
In a nutshell, it's a dream job come true.
